BOOKING CONDITIONS

The School reserves the right to cancel or modify any programme or programmes due to an insufficient number of participants or for any other reason beyond its control. Written notification of cancellation will be sent out and fees will be refunded.
If cancellations are made before May 15, 50% of the course fee will be forfeited. After May 15, 75% of the fees will be forfeited. Once a course has begun, no refund will be made.
Wynchemna reserves the right to withdraw participants whose behavior is likely to adversely affect the smooth operation of the programme or the enjoyment or safety of other participants. Wynchemna will be under no liability to such persons. If a child is sent home on disciplinary grounds, the parent will be required to pay for any costs incurred. Wynchemna will try its very best to inform parents that their child had to be sent home, and if Wynchemna cannot reach any parent of legal guardian, Wynchemna will still send this child home.

PARENT CONSENT

Experience has shown that in connection with recreational activities there are times when illness or accident may occur and immediate surgical or medical attention is necessary. This is parent's permission for the official in charge to make arrangements for surgical or medical attention for your child/ward in the event of an emergency without necessity of your prior approval. Parents understand that they will be notified by the quickest means possible if this authority is exercised.
Some of the activities (for example, horseback riding) require an adult to sign liability waiverforms.
By signing Wynchemna registration form, parents give permission to the Wynchemna Instructor to sign a waiver-form for their child.
Parents understand and permit that their child may have his or her photograph taken, and that these photographs may be used for advertising or other purposes by Wynchemna (for example, in brochures or on its website).
