Home stays offer you a unique opportunity to experience Spanish or Latin American life while living in the home of a local Spanish speaking family. You’ll speak Spanish all day long, out of necessity and fun and interest in the family life you see unfolding around you. Accommodation in a host family allows you to get the most out of your language course as it gives you a privileged view of daily life in another culture.

About home stay:

• * Your host "family" may be a family with parents and children or a single parent who takes in students because he or she enjoys the company. You wouldn’t be the first to go out on the town together, or to keep in contact with your family after your return home.
• * You can choose from a room with breakfast, half-board (breakfast and either a cooked meal in the afternoon at about two o’clock or light dinner at ten) or full-board (breakfast and two meals).
• * You’ll eat at local hours - usually later than what you may be accustomed to- and you’ll eat local foods, although the family will take your preferences into account as much as possible.
• * You will be given your own house keys, so you can come and go as you please. You will also be able to receive phone calls at the family home.

Student Flat Enjoy your independence and international friends You can choose to share a student flat with four or five don Quijote students. In a student flat you'll prepare your own meals and interact with don Quijote students of all ages and backgrounds. We recommend you make a pact about speaking Spanish in the apartment; other shared languages often take students away from Spanish language practice.

About shared student flats:

• * Although the student flats are not very luxurious, they include all the basic facilities: a bed, table or desk, chair and a closet wardrobe.
• * Each student flat has a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and an iron.
• * No telephones are available in student flats; we suggest you use public telephones or local calling centers.
• * You share the kitchen and the bathroom and, together, keep the house clean. Shared areas are professionally cleaned once a week.

Student residences in Salamanca, Madrid

Student residences are very similar to a shared apartment with the difference that you don't have to cook your own meals. In this type of residences you will share with students from all over the world, but not necessarily of don Quijote, which makes this option very interesting. We offer you half board or full board.

Family residences in Granada

Family residences are large flats run by a family, with an average of 5-6 rooms. You may have meals together with the family or in a separate dining room and you can choose to have half board, full board or just accommodation.

• * You’ll eat at local hours and you’ll eat local foods, although the family will take your preferences into account as much as possible.
• * You will be given your own keys, so you can come and go as you please. You will be able to receive phone calls at the family home.
• * Premium Home stay includes WIFI or ADSL access in the home, daily room cleaning, towels, and laundry service once a week.
• * We ask you not to interpret the word “family” literally. Your host family may be a family with parents and children or a single parent who takes in students because he or she enjoys the company and cultural exchange.

Of course, you also have the option of staying in a local hotel. Contact us in advance and we will be happy to arrange accommodation for you in one of our recommended local hotels.

Shared Premium Apartment

Our Premium shared apartments offer all of the facilities of our standard shared apartments, plus ADSL or WIFI, daily bedroom cleaning and a maximum of 3 students sharing the apartment. You'll share a bath and full equipped kitchen with your flatmates, and can choose a single or double room.

About Shared Premium Apartments:

• * Within 30 minutes of the don Quijote school
• * Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, living room with TV
• * WIFI or ADSL
• * Daily bedroom cleaning
• * Bed linens included

Private Premium Apartment

These one or two bedroom apartments offer all of the facilities and features of our shared premium apartments. However, you'll enjoy the luxury and independence of living in your own private apartment, without having to share any of the facilities with other students.
